The hot rolled Carbon Steel Coil is made of continuous casting slab or blooming slab as raw material, heated by a walking beam heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enters the roughing mill. The roughing material enters the finishing mill after head cutting, tail cutting, and then enters the computer-controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it passes through laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiler coiling and becomes a straight coil. Ordinary Carbon Steel Plate, excellent Carbon Steel Plate, low alloy plate, ship plate, bridge plate, boiler plate, vessel plate, etc. Rolling hard coil: continuous rolling of hot-rolled pickling coil at normal temperature. Hot rolled Carbon Steel Plate products include steel strip (coil) and steel plate cut by it. The steel strip (roll) can be divided into straight hair roll and finishing roll (sub roll, flat roll and slitting roll).
