Audited Supplier Steel sheet piles are long structural sections with a vertical interlocking system that create a continuous wall. The walls are often used to retain either soil or water. The ability of a sheet pile section to perform is dependent upon its geometry and the soils it is driven into. The pile transfers pressure from the high side of the wall to the soil in front of the wall.
Steel sheet pile is a vertical wall formed by a locking connection to maintain earth pressure, water pressure or both at the same time.More than 10,000 tons of various steel sheet piles have been supplied to overseas customers, of which about 8,000 tons are used in permanent constructions (e.g. shipyards, quays, retaining walls, locks, slipways, pump locks, etc.) and the rest are mostly used in temporary works for engineering projects (e.g. temporary construction cofferdams, tunnel and foundation support, etc.).
400 series steel sheet piles are the most common type of steel sheet piles, which are generally used for general earth support, earthwork and stone works. Due to its high tensile strength and bearing capacity, it is suitable for retaining wall and temporary enclosure works under general soil conditions.
The steel sheet piles have ISO,CE,Singapore,Malaysia certificates,and can be produced according to European and Japanese standards,and the length can be customized.
